After earning his undergraduate degree in Economics from Guilford College in 1969, Everett served 17 years in Federal law enforcement where he developed a lifelong passion for large high performance boats.

He became the General Manager of Magnum Marine in 1987 where he worked as a customer with Tom for 12 years on a wide variety of insurance issues ranging from liability to workers comp.

After leaving Magnum, Everett gained extensive insurance experience in the field of yacht management and project management for new custom yacht construction and refits where he represented yacht owners and boatyards.

His integrity and experience as a boat builder and his orientation to customer service provides him with a practical insight for the special needs of boat manufacturers, repair facilities and yacht owners. Everett is a licensed 0440 Customer Representative
